At Tots on the Move, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why many of the products we stock come with a manufacturer’s warranty, offering protection in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect.
A product warranty is a commitment from the manufacturer that the item you’ve purchased will be free from material or manufacturing faults for a specific period. If a fault occurs during the warranty period that is not due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage, the manufacturer will typically offer a repair, replacement, or refund—depending on their policy.
Product warranties cover you against manufacturing defects only. You are not covered against:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Incorrect use, misuse, neglect, cleaning or storage.
- Damage caused by not following your product user guide.
- Modifying or altering your product with non-approved parts, or by an unauthorised agent.
- Accidental damage (including airline damage) or damage caused by non-domestic use.
- Damage caused by use of accessories not recommended or advised against in your user guide.
Under UK consumer law, all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. These rights exist alongside any manufacturer’s warranty and are not affected by it.
